| Cancellations and refunds | Places are limited, and a seat released close to the date cannot realistically be resold. Cancellation fees therefore apply as follows.

| Participation | Each session takes 10–15 guests. Recommended ages differ by session; please contact us before booking if a child will attend. |
| If we cancel | If severe weather, a disaster, sudden illness of the artist or any other cause outside our control forces us to cancel, you receive a full refund. |
