Privacy policy

株式会社くるる (“we”) handles the personal information collected in running BEPPU SOAK in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related legislation.
1. What we collect
- What you enter when booking: name, email address, telephone number, number of guests, and any requests.
- Payment records: the result, amount and time of a transaction. Your card number never passes through our servers — it is collected directly by our payment processor, and we never hold it.
- Your answers to the optional post-session survey.
- Photographs and video taken at the venue. We ask each guest in person whether they are willing to appear.
- Site analytics: pages viewed, referring site, browser type.
2. Why we use it
- To take, confirm and manage your booking, including cancellations and refunds.
- To run the session: checking guests in, preparing seats and materials, accommodating allergies.
- To tell you about future sessions — only if you have agreed to hear from us.
- To improve the experience and understand who is attending.
- To use photographs and video in our promotion, where you have agreed to it.
3. Sharing with others
We do not pass your information to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. We do, however, entrust parts of our operation to the following providers, within the purposes above.

4. Transfer outside Japan
As set out above, our booking, payment and email providers are based outside Japan, and your information is handled on servers in the United States and Ireland. Information on the data protection regimes of those countries is published by each provider. We rely on our contracts with them and on the safeguards they publish, and we keep checking that the level of protection remains equivalent to what Japanese law requires.
5. Photographs and video
We sometimes photograph sessions. We ask on the day whether you are willing to appear, and we take care to keep anyone who declines out of frame. Even after publication, write to info@beppusoak.com and we will remove the image promptly from anything we control.
6. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Email addresses held for announcements are deleted as soon as you ask to be removed.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to see, correct, restrict or delete your personal information. Write to info@beppusoak.com. Once we have confirmed your identity we will act without undue delay.
8. Analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. The information collected does not identify you personally, and you can refuse it by disabling cookies in your browser.
